Shipping Policy

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner and ship directly from their warehouse.

You may receive your order in our fulfillment partner’s packaging. While the box may not display Teaspoon Ranch branding, rest assured your item is new, inspected, and shipped with care.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date your order ships. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather and carrier delays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of beekeeping equipment, used items are not eligible for return. This includes any product that has been installed, exposed to bees, wax, honey, smoke, or outdoor conditions.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@teaspoonranch.com with your order number and reason for return along with a photo.We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization on approved based on a defect or arrived damaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable good - Tea
