Shipping Policy

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner and ship directly from their warehouse.

You may receive your order in our fulfillment partner’s packaging. While the box may not display Teaspoon Ranch branding, rest assured your item is new, inspected, and shipped with care.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date your order ships. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to weather and carrier delays.



Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Due to the nature of beekeeping equipment, used items are not eligible for return. This includes any product that has been installed, exposed to bees, wax, honey, smoke, or outdoor conditions.

If a return is approved for a defective item, it will be processed through our fulfillment partner. Return instructions will be provided after review.

To request a return, please email us (contact@teaspoonranch.com) with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
